Suararakyatnusantara.com, Jakarta – Hasil seleksi tahap pertama Rekrutmen Bersama BUMN 2025 kini telah resmi diumumkan dan sudah dapat diakses oleh seluruh peserta mulai hari ini. Pengumuman ini menjadi tahapan krusial dalam proses seleksi nasional yang diselenggarakan oleh Forum Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI).
Pada tahap awal, peserta mengikuti rangkaian ujian yang dilaksanakan pada 19 hingga 28 April 2025. Materi yang diujikan meliputi Tes Kemampuan Dasar (TKD), Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan (TWK), serta penilaian terhadap nilai-nilai AKHLAK—yang merupakan dasar budaya kerja di lingkungan BUMN.
Bagi peserta yang berhasil memenuhi nilai ambang batas atau passing grade pada seluruh komponen tes, berhak melanjutkan ke tahapan berikutnya. Pada seleksi tahap kedua nanti, peserta akan diuji dalam aspek kemampuan Bahasa Inggris serta Learning Agility—yakni kemampuan untuk cepat belajar dan beradaptasi dalam lingkungan kerja yang dinamis.
Sembari menantikan jadwal resmi tes tahap dua, para peserta disarankan untuk mulai mempersiapkan diri dengan berlatih menjawab soal-soal Bahasa Inggris. Latihan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kemampuan dasar berbahasa serta meningkatkan kepercayaan diri menghadapi ujian yang lebih kompleks.
